Nigeria Olympic team fail again to fly out to Rio



Nigeria Olympic team have for the second time failed to fly out of their training base in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.
Officials said that they may now travel to Brazil on Tuesday.
“Top officials are running around to ensure the team finally leave on Tuesday,” a top source said.
“They have been at the sports ministry trying to make sure everything about their ticketing and departure is sorted out today at the latest.”
Dream team VI were originally scheduled to fly out of the USA for Rio on Friday, but could not as their tickets were not ready.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) then announced that the team will depart for Rio on Monday.
Their opening match is on Friday by 2am Nigerian time against Japan.
Sweden and Colombia are the other teams in their qualifying group.
