Chris Brown wins big in court as he is granted joint custody of daughter Royalty

Chris Brown has been granted joint custody of is one-year-old daughter- Royalty. The 26-year-old appeared in court in Houston on Friday, where the judge granted all of his requests. The court issued a gag order against Royalty’s mother Nia Guzman, and also agreed to Brown’s figure of $2,500 a month in child support.

Chris Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman, has changed her mind about peacefully raising her daughter Royalty with the singer, New reports are in that Nia is once again seeking full custody of Royalty as a result of Breezy’s ‘excessive weed smoking and drinking’. Nia, who previously filed for full custody last year, has complained severally about the Loyal singer’s lifestyle and say she currently at her wits’ end.

According to TMZ, a source said Chris is constantly “smoking, drinking and hanging with his OHB crew and Nia doesn’t like it one bit”.  So she is dragging him to court to have a judge make him quit.

In January, Nia filed a lawsuit against Chris, accusing him of exposing Royalty to second-hand smoking which allegedly gave the young child asthma.  Chris was also accused of being addicted to dangerous concoction sizzurp and Nia is worried about Royalty’s safety with the singer especially when he is high.  Chris has, however, defended his weed smoking, saying it helps with his anger management issues.
The judge also ordered Guzman not to speak negatively about Brown or discuss the case on social media, reportsTMZ.

And the court agreed to let Brown continue to pay $2,500 a month in child support, instead of the $15,000 a month Guzman was seeking
